We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Official Tomorrowland Store; if you are not, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
